Bryan progressed through the ranks from a mechanic at a main dealer to become assistant branch manager and eventually a Divisional Manager.
Before beginning his own company Bryan spent six years as a Training Manager.
Bryan Hartshorne formed Acorn Management Associates in 1991, when he realised the need to set training standards within the motor industry.
Bryan’s experience as a Training Manager fully equipped him to design, manage and deliver performance improvement solutions for the automotive aftermarket.
The focus of the company is on the delivery of quality, tailor made services to independent, regional and national companies.
Since the formation of the company, clients have ranged from Independent Owners, Brake manufactures, Tyre manufacturers, Vehicle manufacturers, National fast fits and Auto centres.
Acorn is often used as the training centre for many of its clients.
