EDDY GREAVES Product Development Manager for Acorn Management Associates Eddy Greaves, has over forty years experience of working in the automotive trade. Starting out as an apprentice mechanic, he learned the trade before joining a large National Multi Site organisation as Foreman.

During the sixteen years at this organisation Eddy went on to become a District Area Manager before joining Acorn Management Associates as Product Development Manager.

Eddy joined Acorn Management Associates in 1999 and is responsible for co-ordinating media production and presenting results to clients on time. His responsibility is to ensure that the mystery shop process runs smoothly and that the standard is consistent throughout all Acorns' UK operations. Eddy is also involved in the design development and manufacture of specialist tools for training and testing.
