As Regional Manager he was responsible for fifteen sites. Mike then became Operations Manager for the same organisation being responsible for thirty-two sites. Mike went on to spend two years as a Consultant, advising dealers on the fast fit industry and how to help expand their product base. Working with dealers to realise their potential in the marketplace proved to be a successful programme that is still running to this day. Mike joined Acorn Management Associates in 1999, where he helped to design the mystery shop service that identifies training needs for its customer's staff in the motor industry. As well as co-ordinating the mystery shop experience for clients, a complex operation that is done on a national scale, he is involved in pursuing new business opportunities. Mike has a key role in developing new business and has undertaken to manage the company's steep growth targets required for Acorn's mystery shopper programme.
